Job Title: Sales Coordinator
The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional service to customers and guests. This role focuses on driving revenue through anticipation and exceedance of customer expectations.
This position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders from various hotel departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution. The goal is to provide a professional and efficient experience for clients.
Daily administrative tasks include correspondence, filing, preparation of quotes, handling general telephone inquiries, and post-event follow-up activities.
Accurate booking, updating, and cancellation of bookings are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
