Your new role
* Support maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and computing components
* Assist with inspections, routine checks and basic troubleshooting
* Help with deployment & commissioning: hardware installs, component swaps, fluid handling (fill/drain), load bank setup, and basic cabling
* Carry out basic fault-finding, reset equipment, swap faulty parts, and maintain site cleanliness & OHS standards
* Keep accurate documentation, logs and service records
* Provide clear updates to senior technicians and operations teams
* Assist with inventory management, tool control and quality checks
What you'll need to succeed
* Ideally 1-2 years' experience in hands‑on mechanical, electrical or technical support role (motivated juniors encouraged to apply)
* A technical qualification, trade training, or currently working toward one
* Strong problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn complex systems
* Ability to take direction and work well in a team
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge is helpful
* Data centre experience not required but a bonus
