Role Overview
We are seeking two motivated and experienced Inventory Managers to contribute to the maintenance, accuracy and delivery of inventory within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
In this hands-on position, you will play an important role in driving efficiency throughout the supply chain process by ensuring that stock is ordered, received, and delivered in a timely and effective manner.
* Maintain the day-to-day accuracy of stock levels across wards, theatres, and central stores.
* Scan, order, and receipt goods in line with hospital supply procedures.
* Deliver stock to departments on schedule and obtain signed confirmation.
* Investigate supply issues and source alternatives when stock is delayed or unavailable.
* Conduct regular stock takes and assist with goods returns and documentation.
* Liaise with department heads, couriers, and vendor representatives to support efficient supply chain operations.
* Support WHS, infection control, and departmental quality initiatives.
Experience in supply chain management within the healthcare or medical device sector is essential, along with a deep understanding of the urgency and responsiveness required in a hospital setting.
