Key tasks and responsibilities include:
* Verify and reconcile monthly sales data across company‐owned and franchise restaurants
* Assist with cost control and analysis, including utilities, rent, cost of goods (COGS), and cost of employment (COE)
* Support cash flow management, including preparation of cash flow reports
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
* Assist with inventory purchasing oversight and expense tracking
* Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations
* Review and analyse franchise financial reports on a quarterly basis
* Assist in maintaining accurate records of assets and liabilities
* Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and audit processes
* Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and reporting standards
Skills & Experience required:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum 6 months' accounting experience (hospitality or multi‐site business preferred)
* Understanding of Australian accounting standards and compliance requirements
* Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
* Familiarity with accounting systems (Xero experience preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin (preferred due to business needs)
