About the Role
* Lead daily operations of the workshop, supporting your team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
* Monitor performance metrics and report on weekly and monthly results.
* Promote products and services using your industry knowledge.
* Maintain quality standards and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
* Availability to work Saturday mornings (8.00am to 12.00pm)
About You
* A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a strong work ethic.
* A hands-on leader who sets the standard for exceptional service.
* Minimum 3-5 years' current experience managing an automotive service centre (preferred).
* Proven sales success in a customer-facing role.
* Trade qualification is a bonus but not essential.
