Job Description
This role involves providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, both physical and psychological. You will work closely with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Your duties will include:
* Case Management: You will be responsible for managing client caseloads, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care and support.
* Return to Work Outcomes: You will apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for clients.
* Injury Prevention and Education: You will work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
* Collaboration and Communication: You will work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy: You will need to hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and be registered with AHPRA.
* Previous Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation: Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded, however it is not mandatory.
* Fabulous Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients, employers and other healthcare professionals.
* Compassion and Kindness: You will need to possess compassion and kindness, as well as empathy, to provide high-quality care and support to clients.
* Time Management Skills: You will need to have well-developed time management skills to manage client caseloads and meet deadlines.
* Current Valid Driver's License and Access to Own Car: You will need to have a current valid driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
