Offer description

Full-Time | Coolum Beach, QLD (Hybrid Option Available)
Quik Corp – Australian-Made Innovation in Agriculture, Environment & Emergency Services

Are you a digital performance leader who loves turning complex product ranges into high-converting online experiences?

Do you want to own the eCommerce and digital performance function across multiple national brands — including Quik Spray, GreenPRO, and Bioweed?

If yes — this is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected Australian manufacturer entering a new phase of digital growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded eCommerce & Digital Performance Lead to take ownership of our online sales ecosystem and elevate the digital performance of our multi‑brand portfolio.

This is a strategic, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves optimisation, understands product marketing, and can drive measurable results across eCommerce, web platforms, analytics, CRO and digital advertising.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager, divisional stakeholders, product engineers, and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class online journeys.

Onsite is preferred, however a hybrid arrangement is possible for the right candidate after onboarding.

What You'll Be Doing

eCommerce & Website Performance

* Lead the optimisation of our websites (currently WooCommerce, transitioning to Shopify)
* Improve user experience, navigation, product pages and online enquiry flows
* Maintain and optimise product listings, imagery, videos, downloads and technical documentation

Digital Performance & Analytics

* Monitor website performance, funnels and conversion paths using GA4, GSC and heatmapping tools
* Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards
* Identify CRO opportunities and implement testing to improve conversion rate, engagement and lead quality
* Collaborate with our external digital marketing agency to implement website improvements, technical fixes, and digital performance recommendations

Digital Marketing & Assets

* Collaborate on digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Support landing page builds, campaign pages, product launches and digital assets
* Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints across four divisions

Cross‑Functional Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively with product, engineering and sales teams for accurate product categorisation, messaging and data
* Support the marketing team with digital insights, customer trends and performance recommendations

What We're Looking For

Technical Capability

* Minimum 3‑5 years of proven experience with eCommerce platforms required (Shopify, WooCommerce or similar)
* Strong understanding of UX, CRO, analytics and online conversions
* Ability to interpret data and apply recommendations from external digital partners
* Familiarity with on‑site SEO basics (metadata, headings, content uploads)
* Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Creative & Operational Capability

* Solid design ability (Canva or Adobe Suite)
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams
* Someone proactive, resourceful, data‑led and commercially minded

Why You'll Love Working With Us

* Join a well‑established, Australian‑owned manufacturer that leads the market in agricultural spraying, environment solutions and emergency service vehicle builds
* Real autonomy — own your digital ecosystem and implement meaningful improvements
* Hybrid flexibility may be available after onboarding
* Supportive team culture across marketing, engineering, and sales
* Opportunities to drive platform migrations, new eCommerce builds and major brand projects
* Work on truly innovative Australian‑made products used by farmers, contractors, councils and emergency responders nationwide

Location & Hours

* Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast (onsite preferred; hybrid available)
* Full‑time, Monday–Friday

Salary Range

$90,000 – $100,000 + Super, based on experience.
