About the role:
Reporting to the Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Townsville Depot.
Part Time - 6 Month Contract
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Support team with everyday depot operations
* Inventory control/stock management
* Daily retail reconciliation
* End of month reconciliation
* Administration duties
Your skills and experience include:
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Initiative and problem solving skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
* Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
* Customer service focused and the ability to work well within a team
* Previous administration experience
