Overview:
Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Culinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service standards to all guests at all times.
* Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel recipes and specifications.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and concepts.
Requirements:
* Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
