Duties In this role you will: Manage complex health law matters end-to-end Deliver timely, accurate and commercially focused advice to clients Guide clients through challenging and sensitive processes Appear at mediations, witness interviews, inquests and disciplinary hearings Build and strengthen client relationships Drive marketing and business development initiatives Skills & experience Ideally, you will have: 5 years PAE in Medical Negligence/Health Law defendant and/or plaintiff) Balanced judgment: aligning patient safety with practitioner needs, backed by strong technical and advisory skills Outstanding communicator: clear, confident written and oral skills Proactive networker : actively contributes to marketing and business development Collaborative team player : approachable, supportive, and willing to mentor others Highly organised : adept at managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines About our client Our client is a leading national commercial law firm, known for attracting top legal talent and achieving consistent growth as a market leader across several key practice areas.
