Role Overview


The Commercial Leasing Administrator is central to ensuring the leasing lifecycle runs smoothly, from first enquiry to key handover. You will support the team in preparing lease documentation, coordinating tenant onboarding, maintaining accurate property records and fostering strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities


Lease Administration & Documentation

* Prepare and review lease documents, variations, renewals and related correspondence.
* Track key dates including lease expiries, options, reviews, compliance and bank guarantees.
* Maintain digital records to ensure accuracy, organisation and accessibility.
* Support data input and accuracy within our property management systems.

Hospitality-Inspired Tenant Support

* Lead a smooth, thoughtful and professional tenant onboarding experience.
* Create key handover experiences that feel welcoming, warm and human, not transactional.
* Be proactive in anticipating needs rather than responding reactively.
* Communicate with clarity, empathy and positive intent, always.

Relationship Management

* Be a trusted point of contact for tenants, trades, agents and landlords.
* Communicate promptly, transparently, and professionally.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving and shared accountability.

Reporting & Financial Support

* Assist with rent commencement schedules, adjustments and deposits.
* Support monthly landlord reporting and portfolio insights.
* Coordinate insurance certificates, compliance requirements and renewal follow-ups.

Experience


Required

* Experience in commercial real estate, legal administration, conveyancing or similar administrative/document control role.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong document drafting and formatting skills.

Beneficial

* Experience using Cirrus8, MRI, Re-Leased or similar property management systems.
* Understanding of commercial leasing terminology.
