About the Opportunity:
We're looking for an energetic Showroom Sales Coordinator to be the face of our Laverton equipment showroom and drive sales across walk‐in, dealer and online channels.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll support customers in person, across digital channels, and through proactive outreach - all while keeping our showroom running smoothly.
In this role, you will:
* Manage the daily operations and customer experience of our Laverton showroom
* Assist walk‐in customers, process payments and provide product guidance
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
* Support website sales and fulfilment activity
* Make outbound calls to nurture leads and strengthen dealer relationships
This is an on‐site position based at our Laverton warehouse showroom.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* 2+ years' experience in sales, showroom support or customer‐facing roles (hospitality equipment knowledge strongly advantageous but not essential)
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Confidence with both inbound and outbound sales activity
* Ability to prioritise, follow up and work independently
* Tech‐savvy - Salesforce or CRM experience a bonus
