About the Role
1. Support the Finance Manager in all compensation aspects, working effectively with the finance team.
* Process fortnightly and monthly compensation for over 150 staff members.
* Administer Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Child Support, & Workers Compensation.
* Oversee timesheet processes to ensure accurate data capture.
* Reconcile and complete end-of-year STP finalisation.
* Set up and maintain employee card files.
* Respond to employee compensation-related queries.
* Provide reports and information as required by management, HR, and finance departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in MYOB AccountRight Plus.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
* Previous experience within the marine and offshore industries is desirable.
