Profile
As HR Manager, you will deliver end-to-end HR leadership across the business – partnering with management, leading the local HR team, and ensuring best-in-class HR processes aligned with Sarens' global standards within a vibrant work environment.

About You
* 5+ Years proven HR management experience (multi-site or industrial environment preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, compensation and payroll practices
* Leadership capability with the ability to work independently
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
* High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with the organization
* Experience in employer branding & wellness initiatives
