Promotions Coordinator - 10 month contract

We are looking for a Promotions Coordinator to support the Promotions Manager in creating and activating innovative campaigns originating from content sales and marketing teams to achieve optimum profitability, enhanced ratings and meet the marketing and communications objectives of all client briefs.
About The Role
* Acquire a solid understanding of Star 106.3 and POWER100's programming and Marketing objectives and commercial sales goals.
* Prize sourcing and fulfilment for the station, including winner's coordination & communication.
* Design, create and implement Client and Content and Marketing lead campaigns that are on brand, on time and in budget.
* Supporting the Promotions Manager in the planning, set up, activation and post-campaign reporting of station promotions.
* Work cohesively with the Content/Sales Teams to craft the overall listener experience of your campaigns striving for creative excellence.
* Regularly meet with the team to discuss opportunities, ideas, and communicate upcoming campaigns during Promotions meetings.
* Assist with writing and valuing proactive promotional proposals and reactive responses for sponsorship.
* Support community engagement by representing the brand at local events and working directly with listeners to create positive experiences.
* Assist with managing social media updates for events and promotions, helping to drive audience participation and keep listeners informed.
* Perform live on-air crosses to update listeners on event activities, promotions, and giveaways.
About You
* A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Social Media Experience is preferable (Facebook & Instagram).
* Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
* Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus
