Job Summary
This role will oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites in Victoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing service contracts, prioritizing tasks, and communicating with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
* Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities management services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians to effectively deliver facilities management services, ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, and conduct regular audits to verify maintenance activities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders, including landlords and property managers, to ensure sites are safe and fully operational.
Requirements
* Technical Background: Technical or trade-related background with multi-site management experience.
* Customer Service: Proven track record in exceptional customer service.
* Service Contract Management: Experience in managing service contracts and multiple suppliers.
* Communication Skills: Superior communication and people management skills.
