Job Description
Reporting to a Service Team Leader, you will seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles to best match candidate's skills set, capability and suitability whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
You will:
* Apply a leading recruitment approach to filling roles, continuously staying abreast of ADF Careers recruitment priorities, ensuring candidate progress is expedited to the full extent possible.
* Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Events and Delivery Team to identify opportunities to attract, source and process candidates to maximise target achievement.
* Continuously analyse candidate pipeline data, ensuring pipeline is strong and meets the requirements for current and future recruiting targets.
* Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, to ensure clarity and understanding of message with all stakeholders.
* Work across multiple platforms simultaneously, with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive and professional way to manage and meet expectations.
* Work collaboratively with national Recruitment Team to share successes, challenges and deliver a consistent recruitment experience
