About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Business Improvement team and play a key role in delivering high‐quality client reporting and supporting continuous improvement across our Operations function. You'll play a key role in delivering insightful reporting and dashboards that help Operations leaders understand performance, trends and risks — and more importantly, take action. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help shape how data is used to inform operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. This is a 12‐month fixed‐term opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate, insightful management reporting to support operational decision‐making and performance monitoring
* Build, enhance and maintain dashboards and visualisations (ideally in Power BI) that highlight key trends, risks and opportunities
* Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, interpret data and communicate clear, actionable insights
* Manage data extraction, validation and reconciliation, including investigating anomalies and root causes
* Oversee regular reporting cadences and support self‐service reporting tools for the wider Operations team
* Maintain strong standards of data quality, governance, documentation and compliance
Qualifications
* At least 2 years' experience in a reporting or analytical role, ideally within Operations (financial services experience preferred)
* Strong Excel capability (including pivots, Power Query, reconciliation and ideally VBA or macro‐based tools)
* Experience building reports and dashboards, ideally using Power BI, and the ability to hit the ground running
* Confidence interpreting data, drawing insights and explaining findings to non‐technical stakeholders
* A pragmatic, solutions‐focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Exposure to wealth management or private banking operations (desirable but not essential)
