As the face of Gradability in Sydney and a key member of the Delivery team, you will be the first person our students meet. As such, you understand the importance of first impressions and receive satisfaction from delivering memorable customer experiences in person and when answering calls. In addition, you will provide administration and office support to the team.
· You are outgoing, friendly, helpful, and exceptional at delivering memorable customer service experiences
· Enjoy working on your own and in a team
· Have a calm and solutions focused approach to solving customer queries and resolving potential conflict
· Fluent verbal and written English language skills
· Patience and sensitivity when dealing with cultural differences
· Ability to use initiative, pro-activity and decision making in line with the role
· Engage the team and generate interest in team building initiatives
· Ensure facilities meet regulatory requirements, contractual requirements and are spaces where people enjoy themselves
· Handle face to face, email, and call enquiries from students
· Provide general administration and project support; including (but not limited to) data entry
· Front of house/office maintenance matters whilst feeling component in escalating any major issues on a needs basis
A current First Aid course is required, or applicants must be willing to obtain one
