Manufacturing Optimization Specialist
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance plant efficiency, ensuring product quality and minimizing waste.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Development: Design and develop new processes and equipment to improve manufacturing operations and reduce costs.
* Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Develop, implement, and maintain plans to ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Quality Control Systems: Install and maintain metal detection systems to guarantee product safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
* Process Enhancement: Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and improve product quality.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
* Capital Project Management: Oversee capital projects from concept to completion, including resource allocation.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years in food manufacturing, preferably as a Process Engineer.
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Skills: Familiarity with metal detection systems, foreign material control, and fault finding.
