We are partnering with a leading retail client to find an experienced Technology Change Manager who can drive the successful delivery of major technology transformation initiatives. What you'll do
* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for priority technology initiatives.
* Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.
* Deliver communications, training, and learning interventions tailored to diverse audiences.
* Partner with project teams to ensure changes to systems, processes, and ways of working are embedded.
* Monitor adoption and benefits realisation to ensure measurable outcomes.
* Balance strategic influence with hands-on delivery to achieve impact.
What we're looking for
* 8+ years' experience in change management, ideally within large-scale technology transformations.
* Proven experience delivering AI SaaS implementations in enterprise environments.
* Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms (highly desirable).
* Strong resilience and patience, with the ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity.
* Hands-on approach – focused on execution and delivery with minimal coaching required.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.
* PROSCI (or equivalent) certification, with practical application of ADKAR or similar frameworks.
* Retail, FMCG, supply chain, or e-commerce experience is highly advantageous.
