We're looking for a talented Project Officer with a flair for eDMs, social media and communications to help drive and deliver content for Teach Queensland.

Why this Role?
As our Project Officer, you will play a key role in planning, creating and delivering targeted, engaging content that promotes teaching as a rewarding career and attracts teachers to state schools across Queensland.
Responsibilities include:
* Creative communication: Demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively across various formats including eDMs, web and social media, with a flair for storytelling and audience engagement.
* Digital content & channel management: Experience basic website content mangement via a CMS, curating and scheduling social media content and maintaining consistency across digital platforms.
* Audience engagement and segmentation: Proven skills in creating and scheduling targeted communications using segmentation strategies, managing subscriber lists (Vision 6 a bonus) and improving reach and engagement.
* Analytical and outcome-focused: Ability to use and understand data, monitor communication effectiveness and apply insights to continuously improve results.
* Organised and Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
The Perfect Fit
* Experience in government, education or a relevant sector is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of Teach Queensland channels and initaitves would be advantageous.
* A relevent tertitary qualification would be well regarded.
