The Role
* As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design, planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives within scope, time, and budget constraints to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.
* Provide technical expertise in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
* Use software including MUSIC and DRAINS for stormwater design
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded
The Candidate
To be successful you MUST possess:
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering
* 7+ years' experience as Civil Engineer for an Engineering Consultancy.
* Be ready to jump head first into a strong pipeline of projects
* At least general knowledge of typical engineering design software (AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC). This is more for general understanding rather than daily use.
* Technical design expertise with civil engineering and stormwater design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities
* Experience with building projects (commercial / industrial strongly preferred)
* Be able to work autonomously throughout the completion of a project
