This position has the strong capability to organise teams to deliver operations on time, to company quality standards, efficiently, whilst ensuring that teams have all the necessary equipment/knowledge and information to complete projects.

Ensure that all staff are operating machines and equipment within the safe operating procedure Ensure that all staff are wearing appropriate PPE and taking adequate measures to ensure their personal safety Ensure that all staff are abiding by company policies.
Coordinating with other stakeholders to schedule regular preventative maintenance on machines, tools and equipment to maximise operating time Assigning work as required to ensure that all work demands can be met Managing downtime and assigning secondary duties Conducting regular and ongoing training on machines, safe work practices, and cross training Act as a subject matter expert to answer any questions workers may have Staffing, training, performance for operations, logistics production Managing WMS overseeing inventory management process storage efficiencies.
