Supported by the wider corporate services team, you will be successful in executing our people initiatives as well as driving the HR function for our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become a trusted advisor and truly partner with a dedicated client group to drive positive changes and support a rapidly growing business.

You will be exceptionally organised with a high attention to detail and able to juggle conflicting priorities. You possess a can-do attitude and have ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. You have a sound knowledge and understanding of Australian legislative framework, NES, Modern Awards and EBAs. You are proactive and willing to roll up the sleeves and help wherever it is needed
