Support Worker Geelong
This role involves working with clients who require care and support. Key responsibilities include providing personal care, performing light household tasks, offering social support, transporting clients to appointments, and assisting with community access.
About the Role:
* Care for individuals with diverse needs, including those requiring aged care and disability services;
* Transport clients to appointments and activities;
* Provide social support and help connect clients with their local community;
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
About You:
* You should hold a current Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle;
* Have an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance;
* Be certified in First Aid;
* Hold a Working With Children Check;
* Have experience working with clients receiving aged care and disability services.

* A competitive hourly rate of $30.33 - $38.00 per hour + super + penalty rates;
