About The Role 
As a Clinical Research Associate at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, you will manage site activities across multiple studies, including site selection, start-up, recruitment, initiation, monitoring, and closure. 
This full-time, permanent position is based in Sydney. 
Requirements 
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life sciences, or equivalent qualification 
Experience at the CRA level with strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations 
Sound medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant Therapeutic Areas 
Understanding of clinical study management, risk-based monitoring, drug handling, and data management 
Analytical, solutions-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks with deadlines 
Effective communication skills with site staff and stakeholders 
Ability to work collaboratively in a fun, agile team environment 
Willingness to travel
