**Job Description**:
As a Billing Manager based in Perth Airport, you will lead and coordinate the Order to Bill (O2B) activities; streamlining the O2B process within standard policies and best practices to build a sustainable business model to maximise company profitability.
Some other responsibilities will be:
- Respond to internal and external customer issues and initiates resolutions in line with finance and business procedures.
- Facilitate development of reporting analysis and dashboards, enhancing process controls and systems.
- Review progress of key actions to support the global strategies.
- Communicate to internal stakeholders, and acts as collaborating business partner to develop and sustain awareness of processes.
- Maintain regular contacts with country management (businesses and functions) to increase awareness for O2B initiatives to improve O2B processes.
- Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines including tracking milestones.
- Ensure that the required levels of internal controls are in place throughout the billing process.
- Point of contact for any internal/external billing audits.
- Designs and implements the appropriate training to support processes and businesses
- Creates an environment that facilitates open communication with team members and acts in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with the team and other departments (business partnering).
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree in Finance/Accounting (Bachelors, Masters) - required.
- Professional Degree in Finance (MBA Finance, CA) - Desirable.
- Financial background (Finance Analysis, studies, diploma) - required.
- Experience in indirect tax transactions (VAT, withholding tax) - required.
- Knowledge of in-country and international sales invoicing requirements - desirable.
- People management skills - required.
- Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
- Positive and learning attitude.
- Experience in managing innovation and change management, in multi-cultural environments.
- Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
