The Opportunity
Our Government Client is seeking an APS3 Service Support Officer to provide frontline customer service and administrative support within a busy clinical environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a health or government setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders (reception, phone, email and SMS).
* Manage client enquiries, appointments and referrals using the Client Management System.
* Provide administrative support to clinical and operational staff.
* Support regional events, group programs and meetings.
* Undertake data entry, record keeping and general office administration.
* Assist with daily office operations including correspondence, travel, invoices and resource requests.
About You
* Experience in administration or service delivery within a health and/or government environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to handle sensitive information.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current or ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check.
* Australian citizenship.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
