Your opportunity
As the Senior IT Services Manager, you will provide senior leadership across IT Service Management (ITSM), End User Computing (EUC) and Field Services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational resilience and a positive end‐user experience across the organisation.
Reporting to the General Manager – Technology Services, you will work closely with DigiTech leaders, business units and external partners to uplift service maturity, embed best‐practice ITSM processes and align technology services with Anglicare's strategic and digital transformation goals.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational accountability. You will lead high‐performing teams, drive service improvement initiatives, optimise platforms and vendor partnerships, and provide executive‐level insights into service performance, risks and opportunities.
What You'll Bring
* Strong leadership experience across IT Service Management and/or End User Computing in complex environments
* Proven ability to design, implement and continuously improve ITSM processes aligned to ITIL best practice
* Experience leading service transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and operational outcomes
* Demonstrated success establishing or maturing service functions, including field or on‐site support models
* Strong people leadership capability, with experience mentoring and developing high‐performing teams
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives, translating service performance into meaningful insights
* Experience managing budgets, vendors and commercial performance across technology services
Experience Across Some Of The Following
* IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Level Management)
* ITSM platforms, reporting, analytics and service automation
* End User Computing environments and digital workplace technologies
* Field Services or distributed support models
* Service experience uplift, SLA management and MTTR optimisation
* Vendor and managed service provider governance
* ITIL‐aligned service delivery frameworks
