Overview
As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will get the chance to work on real wind farm projects, develop technical expertise, and contribute to Australia’s transition to clean energy.
Highlights of the program
- You will have an opportunity to rotate across different areas of the business over 2 yrs.
- You’ll be actively integrated into the day-to-day business, assuming full responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
- Training in renewable energy systems, project management, and grid connection compliance.
- Extensive involvement to learn the compliance of Australian Standards in the design, installation and testing of electrical system.
- Direct mentoring from our EBoP Design Manager.
- Involvement in live wind farm projects contributing to Australia’s net zero goals.
Your background
- Recent graduates (2025) in Electrical Engineering (or related Discipline).
- Strong interest in renewable energy, power systems, and project delivery.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in regional Australia during project delivery phases.
