Qualifications & experience
Working within a kitchen environment desired.
Leadership skills and use of a docket pass.
Hand stretching preferred but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
Set up pizza oven and ensure it reaches desired temperature ready for service.
Ensuring the making of pizzas are in accordance with the docket pass and prioritise the distribution of pizzas accordingly.
Work with assigned staff to assist your role in a professional and proficient manner.
Maintain wood oven fire and hygiene throughout service.
Delivering high quality professional food service.
Strict adherence to food hygiene regulations and stock rotation.
Offering a positive mindset, team spirit and attention to detail.
