We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to work within our busy Emergency Department in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia!
Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program
The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives across a broad range of patient-facing roles, on fixed term or permanent contracts at eligible locations.
Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 in support over 12 months.

This position is located at the Esperance Health Campus.

Position Overview
Provide advanced clinical patient care and managerial leadership through specialised knowledge in emergency nursing at Esperance Health Campus.
Support the delivery of best practice, evidence-based nursing care according to standards of practice in emergency care at Esperance Health Campus.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
Four years' experience in emergency nursing and advanced knowledge of the specialty.
Knowledge of and involvement in performance management.
Ability to organise and plan human, material, and financial requirements for the Emergency Department.
Knowledge and application of nurse staffing methodologies.
Knowledge and application of quality management.
Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
