At the Lottery Corporation, our Lotteries Technology team powers the platforms that bring our products to life, from core gaming systems to the retail technology used across a national network.
What you'll do
* Coach and mentor engineers in automation testing, quality practices and modern engineering approaches
* Define and drive quality engineering strategy across Retail Systems
* Design and build scalable test automation frameworks and solutions
* Embed shift-left testing practices across squads and delivery cycles
* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
* Lead defect analysis, quality risk management and test strategy execution
* Partner with Engineering, Product and Delivery teams to embed quality as a shared responsibility
* Create a culture where quality is owned by everyone, not just QA
What you'll bring
* Strong hands‐on experience building automation frameworks from scratch
* Expertise with tools such as Playwright, WDIO or similar (we use Playwright)
* Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
* Background working in Agile/DevOps environments
* Proven ability to coach, mentor and uplift QA capability in teams
* Strong problem‐solving and stakeholder engagement skills
