About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Electrician to join our client’s team in Darwin, NT. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering $60–$65 per hour depending on experience. In this role, you will deliver high-quality electrical services across commercial and industrial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be expected to follow site safety protocols, maintain equipment, and communicate effectively with the team. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial sites. Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Maintain tools, equipment, and site cleanliness. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients. Follow company procedures for reporting incidents or hazards. Our Ideal Candidates: Holds an NT A Grade Electrical Licence. Holds a Construction Induction Card and Driver’s Licence. Holds an OCHRE Card. Current National Police Check or ability to obtain. DCAC/Security Clearance (desirable). CPR/LVR, First Aid, and High-Risk Licences (desirable). Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests. Excellent work ethic, highly motivated, adaptable, and a team player. High attention to detail and strong understanding of safety requirements. Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team. What We Can Offer: $60–$65 per hour depending on experience.
