We are seeking a skilled Town Planner to join our team in developing client relationships and managing projects to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong client relationships and manage projects to deliver on time and within budget.
* Work across local and regional projects, focusing on client management, project delivery, legislation analysis, and preparing and lodging applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, self-motivation, and local knowledge. They will also be able to work autonomously and in a team.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in town planning
* Minimum 6 years of industry experience
* Local Gold Coast or SEQ planning and development knowledge
* Experience with Development Assessment processes under the Planning Act 2016 and relevant legislation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Australian residency
