About the Position To support our growing and changing business, our Tax and Business Advisory Division are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their dedicated team. This position provides an amazing opportunity for an individual to play an integral role in providing excellent bookkeeping services to a wide range of range of industries and client groups. This position will cover the full remit of bookkeeping activities including: BAS / IAS preparation. Data entry. Payroll processing. Account reconciliation, including accounts payable and receivable. Assisting with monthly reporting. Providing client support and assisting with queries. Having the ability to manage work for and provide exceptional service to various clients. About You You have experience in processing payroll and are technically proficient and up to date with the latest accounting software (Xero and MYOB) and data entry software such as Hubdoc and Dext. With a high-level attention to detail, and great organisational skills, you are able to manage your workload, while providing exceptional service to various clients to achieve deadlines. A current national police clearance (within six months) and Australian working rights are essential.
