Who we are:
Think Water Central Coast is a specialist water solutions and outdoor power equipment business located at Peats Ridge on the NSW Central Coast. We are focused on the design, supply and installation of quality pump and irrigation systems as well as retail sales and workshop servicing of a range of outdoor power equipment including Stihl and Honda.
We are now seeking and enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join our team. If you enjoy problem-solving, learning technical products and working with a supportive team - this is the role for you.
The role:
Reporting to the store manager you will provide the highest level of customer service and sales support across a range of products including pumps, irrigation and outdoor power products. You will respond to retail and trade customer enquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also negotiate with suppliers to ensure customer needs are met and perform data entry of orders, generate quotes and job order documentation whilst maintaining a welcoming, friendly and well-presented store environment.
The successful candidate:
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, an ability to develop strong customer relations and complete tasks to a high standard. Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade retail - irrigation, pumps, plumbing, outdoor power equipment, agriculture or hardware highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills with a willingness to learn technical products and systems. Mechanical aptitude highly regarded.
Applicants must have drivers' license and be available to work Saturday mornings on a roster basis.
