Responsibilities
You will be responsible for both sales and delivery of SAPFioneer banking related projects, including opportunity identification, pre‐sales presentations, proposal writing, and submission. You will provide technical advisory services, guide clients on industry best practices, deliver and implement solutions, and ensure projects meet defined quality levels and timelines. The role is client‐facing and may require travel.
* Work closely with bank Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on scope definition
* Provide SAPFioneer Banking technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders
* Offer thought leadership on platform conversion options, legacy system migration, and latest releases (TRBK on S/4 Hana)
* Contribute to development and implementation of the SAPFioneer team strategy
* Train and mentor junior resources
* Maintain and broaden knowledge of SAPFioneer Banking applications and industry technology best practices
* Advise clients on suitable options, balancing standard capabilities and customisations
* Assess and propose solution/architecture approaches based on customer requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, computer science, technology, or engineering.
* 8+ years of consulting experience in at least three SAP Core banking domains (Deposits, Loans, Master Contracts, Collateral Management & Payments)
* Experience with modern SAP technologies such as API management, REST/OData, and event‐driven architecture
* Solid knowledge of software or cloud solutions architecture
* Proven track record of in‐depth knowledge of SAPFioneer technical platform capabilities, implementation standards, industry practices, and regulations
* Client‐facing service experience and ability to conduct stakeholder engagement sessions
* Understanding and application of AI‐driven techniques to enhance analysis, automation, and delivery efficiency within SAPFioneer Banking implementations
Technical Skills
* SAPFioneer Banking technical project experience, including implementation, platform upgrade, legacy migrations, and data migration
* Working knowledge of domestic and international banking domains
* Business writing (business cases, proposals)
* Presentation and facilitation skills
* Proficiency in ABAP technologies: Workbench, Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Authorizations, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Web Dynpro ABAP, OO ABAP, Enhancements & Modifications
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
