About the Position
The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and monitor our quality framework to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance client experience. This includes creating a Continuous Improvement model to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Review current and future safety requirements for services
* Develop and lead quality improvement processes, including accreditation processes
* Provide effective leadership in services quality and risk management to support Service Managers
Requirements
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Demonstrated strong coordination and administrative skills
* A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in quality or accreditation
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (health management or community services) desirable
