As a Consultant, you'll be speaking with prospects who've downloaded our eBooks or registered for our Masterclass. Your mission? Drive high‐quality strategy sessions by building trust fast and creating urgency around the opportunity. You won't be chasing leads — you'll be creating value from the first call.

What You'll Be Doing
* Speak with warm, marketing‐generated leads (no cold calling)
* Build trust quickly and drive booked Discovery Sessions with our senior team
* Follow a proven structure to hit clear daily KPIs
* Apply feedback fast, execute consistently, and show up sharp
* Bring energy, professionalism, and ownership to every interaction
You don't need property experience — we'll teach you that.
But you must show up with the right mindset:
* You see sales as a skill, not a script.
* You want to win, but you're not afraid to work.
* You take feedback like an athlete, not a victim.
* You back yourself, and you want to be part of something bigger.
This is the role for people who know they have more to give — and are ready to prove it.

What's On Offer
We provide the tools — you bring the drive.
* $60K–$80K base salary, depending on experience
* OTE of $120K–$160K with uncapped commissions
* Full‐time, in‐office, Monday to Friday (Note: Exact location will be-fashioned to shortlisted candidates)
* Elite daily training, coaching, and feedback
* Career pathway into Specialist or Leadership roles within 12–24 months
