This is a career development opportunity that combines work and study experience in the electricity generation industry.
As a business trainee, you will be involved in various tasks including administrative duties, data entry, scanning, and filing. You will also assist with coordinating, sourcing, and collating information for reports and presentations.
You will work with subject matter experts to provide administration support at our sites and have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills during this hands-on traineeship.
Key Responsibilities
* Process day-to-day business activities in Stanwell systems
* Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and filing
* Prepare and control documents
* Assist with coordinating, sourcing, and collating information for reports and presentations
* Schedule, attend, and learn to minute meetings
* Answer and respond to email and phone enquiries
Requirements
* Demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career in the electricity generation industry and completing this two-year traineeship
* Be motivated to achieve excellent results in work and study (you will be required to complete a relevant qualification as part of your traineeship)
* Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to ask questions and listen to instructions
* Understand the importance of working safely and following site procedures
