We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields who would like to join the software industry and are starting their sales career at Canonical.
We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Our goal is to manage inbound leads for a global tech company while developing outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic. The sales development organisation serves as a sales academy, so we look for SDR Team Managers who are passionate about skill development and culture establishment.
Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs / BDRs, maintaining a multi‑million dollar pipeline, leading outbound strategies, and driving continuous learning for both yourself and your team.
