We're searching for an experienced and energetic Senior Waitress to join our team at our busy Italian restaurant in the northern suburbs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love warm and attentive service, and have a passion for Italian cuisine, we want to hear from you
Your Role
• Lead by example and support junior waitstaff
• Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional table service
• Manage bookings, table rotation, and high-pressure service periods
• Communicate confidently with kitchen and bar teams
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a senior waitress / section leader
• Experience with Italian dining is highly regarded
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient during peak times
• Outstanding customer service and a welcoming personality
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• RSA certification preferred
• RSA certification must be obtained before starting
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a senior waitress or section leader is required
• Australian citizens and permanent residents only
