Role focus: Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities within our Perth market as a Business Development Manager, building strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers/buyers, and internal stakeholders to expand our network and increase market share.
What you'll do

* Achieve and exceed sales objectives by building and maintaining relationships with pharmacists, retail managers/buyers, and other channel partners.
* Implement profit-making retail solutions, identify and close new business opportunities, and increase market share.
* Collaborate with Key Account Managers, the BDM team, and internal stakeholders to generate sales opportunities across a range of products, brands, and channels.
* Operate with a high level of autonomy while working effectively as part of a collaborative team.
* Contribute to business growth and success through proactive account development.
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
* Ability to build trust and sustain strong professional relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence others.
* Demonstrated business foresight and strong commercial acumen.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously.
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
