As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME and Commercial clients. You will identify new business opportunities, drive growth, provide exceptional client service, negotiate with underwriting partners, maintain an active sales pipeline, and manage compliance obligations.
You will enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously. You will love that no two days are the same and that much of your time will be spent out with clients or prospective clients. This could involve traveling to rural areas or meeting with potential clients in their offices.
The role is open to insurance professionals with experience in rural, agri, SME and commercial clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly successful team and contribute to the growth of the company through strategic planning and execution.
