Job Title: Care Advisor

This role involves partnering with clients and our team to deliver flexible and responsive services tailored to an individual's needs and interests. You will also provide advocacy and referral services to clients, working autonomously to oversee the case management of Aged Care Clients in the Northern Sydney Region.
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in Social Science, Nursing, Allied Health or a related field. A working knowledge of home care packages and case management experience are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed planning, sales and negotiation skills, as well as a high degree of computer competency and the ability to learn new software programs. A registered and insured motor vehicle and current unrestricted drivers' licence are also required.
