* Proven barista experience and solid coffee knowledge
* Ability to dial in espresso machines and adjust grind settings to maintain consistent quality
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
