Job Summary:
This role involves overseeing and coordinating major construction and maintenance projects for water and wastewater distribution systems.
* Supervise and support a team to achieve operational excellence.
* Exhibit leadership skills by taking initiative, assuming responsibility, and addressing ethical issues.
* Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting change.
* Plan and execute projects including investigation, CCTV inspection, basic planning, material estimation, and resource allocation.
* Provide technical guidance on major sewer repairs to the Construction Coordinator.
* Foster active participation in team meetings.
* Maintain adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
