Manager, Human Resources (Corporate Functions)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
This role plays a critical part in shaping an inclusive, high-performance culture across the PAC region (Australia, New Zealand & Pacific). You will be instrumental in driving people strategies that enhance employee engagement, build future-ready capabilities, and support business growth. By delivering meaningful HR interventions at key moments in the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to development, recognition, and offboarding - you'll ensure every touchpoint adds value to both the individual and the organisation. Your deep HR expertise and strong business partnership will enable leaders to make informed people decisions, foster team effectiveness, and ensure alignment with both regional priorities and global HR standards.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the HR Director and HR Team to deliver the PAC regions People Strategy and key targets.
Ensure alignment with global HR calendar events (e.g. Performance Reviews, Talent Mapping, Salary Reviews) in collaboration with the Manager, HR Projects.
Develop and manage Workforce Plans for supported functions alongside Functional Leads and Manager, HR Projects.
Build strong relationships with Pacific's Corporate and Global Functional Leadership Teams.
Support Functional Leaders in acquiring, developing, and managing top talent.
Identify and lead initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle and experience in the Pacific region.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with exposure to HR Operations, Strategy, Metrics, and Employee Relations.
Skilled at communicating the business value of HR solutions.
Constructive challenger who listens deeply, understands needs, and delivers practical solutions.
Commercially aware with a customer-centric mindset and solid business acumen.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.
Organised self-starter with energy, initiative, and a proactive approach.
Confident, creative, and solutions-focused communicator.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources
5–7 years' experience in HR, ideally in an international organisation
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
